Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your saree. If something isn't right, we offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Customised, altered, or clearance/final-sale items are not eligible.

How to Return

• Raise a return request from your account or contact support.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.
• Once received and inspected, we process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued to your bank account or as store credit.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different colour or product subject to availability. Reach out to us and we'll help.
